We are seeking a positive, organized, polished and high-energy candidate to join our sales team in the administrative position of CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST . Our Client Services Specialists are the key administrative liaisons between the sales team, other departments, sponsors, exhibitors and onsite staff. They coordinate all the logistics regarding post-sales sponsorship and exhibits activities for the Company’s conference group. This position involves an almost obsessive attention to minute details; constant contact with sponsors, exhibitors and vendors; and tracking and fulfillment of all aspects of sponsorship and exhibit contracts. This is a great position for someone who enjoys a lot of administrative work, client interaction, coordinating, proofreading and organizing! The job also affords an opportunity to travel to our conferences.

We’re looking for candidates with a solid employment history that includes the following:
  • Administrative sales support. Conference and tradeshow industry preferred
  • Logistics: planning, implementation, and coordination of sponsorship & exhibitor details
  • Frequent contact with customers and vendors by phone, email, and in person
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel; CMS skills preferred
  • Professional/business writing and communication skills
  • Proofreading (sales & marketing collateral, event agendas, conference guides)
  • Database management and reporting
  • Truly exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with multiple departments and individuals
