We are seeking a skilled professional Client Success Manager with a solid understanding of the medical billing, reimbursements and collections process, preferably in the laboratory space. Your knowledge of RCM and talented problem-solving will build great relationships with XIFIN clients.
To be successful in this role, you must have analytical and creative skills, multi-tasking ability and the talent to problem solve effectively and promptly. In addition, you must be self motivated, a self-starter, and posses that "can do" attitude. Our preference is for solid laboratory or extensive related healthcare industry experience!
Position Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure total client success and satisfaction with the XIFIN RCM solution.
- In a client facing capacity, coordinate financial metrics and reports that highlight financial performance and client profitability.
- Provide customer with system & workflow expertise for business optimization.
- Assess define customer training needs and delivery options.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4+ years client facing healthcare background including experience in healthcare billing and RCM supporrt or similar customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of medical reimbursement as it relates to the healthcare world including compliance, OIG regulations and insurance industry practices.
- Hands-on experience with medical billing software and systems, and workflow management.
- 2+ years experience in a fast paced and high growth environment and culture
- BA/BS degree, preferably in healthcare, business or MIS
