The Role

The Client Services Support Analyst will provide basic technical and analytic support to Humedica MinedShare end-users and the Client Services team. The successful candidate for this position will be an analytic thinker, flexible problem-solver and team player.

The Client Services Support Analyst will:
  • Become an expert in Humedica application functionality, staying current with product information, changes and updates
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the healthcare priorities driving use of the Humedica Solutions
  • Serve as an analytic resource for Client Service Managers
  • Manage the Humedica MinedShare report library in response to product updates and customer requests
  • Deliver service and support to end-users over the phone, via email or over the Internet (e.g., WebEx);
  • Triage technical and content-related support requests and process using a designated tracking/ticketing software
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (with support from product engineering and IT teams); identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Manage user access and password assignment process

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Software development and IT experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Comfortable learning new technology systems
  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented and competent at project management
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing or interfacing with clients/customers
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Health care experience highly desirable
