Under the direction of, and in collaboration with, the Nurse Director, the Clinical Coordinator will coordinate, oversee, and participate in the nursing care activities of the unit. She/he will promote the primary care nursing concept, provide direction, but foster autonomy and critical thinking excellence in the Nursing staff, intervening as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

Minimum Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed in the state of NY. Membership in a professional organization is suggested. Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining with the commitment of completion within 3 years of hire required. Master’s preferred.

Minimum Experience:
Minimum of three years current experience in the specialty area.

Required Certification/Registration:
