Access Clinical Coordinators – Transfer Call Center

We are seeking two Access Clinical Coordinators for the Transfer Call Center at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Advance your career beyond the bedside by serving as a clinical and administrative liaison between NYP network hospitals and campus physicians. Help facilitate the admission of patients for our neuro service line. Conduct patient rounds with world-renowned physicians. Triage calls and assess clinical data to determine optimal bed placement for patients, and coordinate patient transfers.

Shift 11:00AM - 11:30PM

Qualified candidates have a BSN and seven years of experience in an acute care setting. ICU experience is a plus.
