Provide consulting services with viable prospects, (orthopedic physicians, sports clinics, and hospitals) educating them on the ROI value of a centralized distribution source for all orthopedic product needs. Build a robust sales pipeline through your disciplined sales activity and expand the volume of sales per account. Your diligent efforts will be rewarded handsomely as account re-orders build a recurring revenue stream that continually increases your income. Reporting to the President, you will receive coaching, mentoring, and product training.
Generate 1M + in new business annually.
Diligently call prospects and create business relationships to develop a robust sales pipeline through disciplined sales activity.
Identify, prioritize, and pursue new opportunities with current and potential future clients.
Convert prospects to customers by identifying next action steps and moving opportunities to closure .
Evaluate and fit orthotic devices on patients, adjust to assure fit, function, medical efficacy, and quality of work.
Become intimately familiar with the companys Orthopedic/Bracing portfolio .
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly action plans.
Maintain CRM database of existing, new, and potential customers using ACT.
Athletic Training Certification (ATC) or experience as an Orthotic Fitter is required with a minimum of two years of experience with patient care services.
2+ years of orthopedic sales experience is preferred.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in health science, business management or related field.
Highly energetic, driven and a self-starter .
Strong decision making , problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing sales.
Relationship driven with ability to be articulate and converse well with prospects, customers and medical staff.
Skilled in CRM software solutions ; experience with ACT is a plus!
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills.
Burning desire to earn $100k+ and willing to do what it takes to make it happen!
