The Homebased Childrens' Clinician completes biopsychosocial evaluation (BPSE), integrating information gathered by the team and developing the integrated diagnostic summary. The Clinician prepares treatment plans based upon the BPSE and in consultation with the treatment team, manages a caseload of clients, performs a variety of therapeutic interventions and case management duties, advocates for clients' needs, evaluates each client's mental status, identifies community resources and interprets and applies service and billing procedures according to client needs.

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field, and 2 years related clinical experience, or a Master’s degree with a clinical license issued by the Indiana Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor Board, as one of the following: 1) Clinical Social Worker, 2) Marriage and Family Therapist, 3) Mental Health Counselor, to provide DCS billable services
  • If candidate is not licensed must have submitted a plan to obtain licensure at the soonest date possible within a maximum allowed timeframe of three years
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license
