  • Sales and Service- assist the Store Manager in maximizing the profitability of the store by maximizing sales and minimizing store related expenses; meets company and store performance goals with regard to credit, email capture, gift cards, etc; established high quality of customer service through emphasis to staff on greeting, selling and servicing customers; lead store to build customer base and loyalty program
  • Human Resources- takes an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training the sales team; supervises the adherence to all HR policies, rules and dress code; motivate staff through prioritizing, goal setting, individual recognition and accountability; responsible for proper scheduling of associates to meet the needs of the business; acts as a leader on the sales floor; responsible for review of timesheets and payroll on a weekly business; helps to develop Assistant Manager
  • Operational and Administrative control- Assures adherence to all company policies and procedures; maintains proper company standards in all areas of the physical store; monitors store for potential safety concerns and ensures corrective action is taken; supervises opening and closing activities; ensures that the store is opened and properly staffed during all public business hours; ensures proper and timely execution of new merchandise, debit completion and processing; markdown completion, etc
  • Merchandising- responsible for proper and timely execution of all floorsets and floorset updates; assists with execution of all marketing and signage including drop tagging of promotional prices; maintains all company visual presentation standards; suggests assortment voids, needs and opportunities to DSM
  • Asset Protection and Administrative control- conduct daily merchandise counts and participates in preparation and taking of inventories; demonstrates adherence to all standards and policies on promotions, debits, layaways, holds, sensormatic taggings, incident reports, deposit and cash balances, chargebacks
  • At least 1 year Retail experience; previous retail mgmt experience preferred

  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred
