The Coagulation Sales Specialist will:
  • Build strong rapport with customers based upon trust and integrity while accurately recording customer information to provide well-suited solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners i.e. distributor representatives, home infusion direct accounts, and target Hemophilia Treatment Centers
  • Develop new accounts, identify key opinion leaders, and grow existing accounts
  • Attend and support territory bleeding disorder chapter events: fundraisers, educational
  • events, and social activities – work with Product Manager/ABM to determine ROI
  • Analyze trends to effectively identify future business opportunities and key influencers
  • Utilize and update daily Stay In Front system to accurately capture customer contact and activity information

Required Skills
  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • BS/BA degree or higher
  • Hemophilia and bleeding disorder segment experience
  • Ability to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the hemophilia and vWD markets
  • Willingness to fully engage with high energy team in pursuit of organizational goals and strategies
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with high regard for integrity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills while continually demonstrating high levels of interpersonal versatility within diverse populations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Desired Skills
  • Proven performance in hemophilia and/or vWD sales
  • Plasma/Biologics experience
