The role of the Cocktail Server is to serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and Yes I Can guest service professionalism.
Additional responsibilities include:
-Provide excellent service to our guests at all times;
-Accurately take guest orders and enter into computer system;
-Answer guest questions regarding food items, beverages, special promotions, etc.
-Ensure that all product served is accounted for on the final bill prior to presentation;
-Verify guest satisfaction with each table during each course served;
-Provide service throughout the guests dining experience and anticipate guest needs;
-Following the posted opening and closing duties and side work sheet;
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar position;
-Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;
-Possess an in depth knowledge of food and preparation;
-Solid knowledge of wine;
-Ability to multi task;
-Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management;
-Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
-Must possess a strong team spirit
-Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
-Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
