Delta is looking for individuals who are driven by monthly incentives and willing to work in a call center environment making outbound calls to collect on defaulted student loans! The more driven you are to collect, essentially the more money you will bring home in your monthly bonus checks!

Ability to pass a drug test, background check, credit screen and personality test is a must to work on our Government contracts, along with being able to commit to shift schedule:
Monday - Friday: 3 days 8am-5pm; 2 days 12-9pm/1-10pm
2 Saturdays a month (8am-12pm on Friday, 8am-12pm on Saturday)
oMonday-Friday: 3 days: 8am-5pm, 2 days: 12pm-9pm/1-10pm
- 1-5 years previous collection of customer service experience
- No criminal record and ability to submit to drug, background, credit and personality screenings
- Applicant in good standing with Federal Student Loans
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commit to shift hours:
o2 Saturdays a month (1/2 day Friday, 1/2 day Saturday)
