As Commercial Finance lead of the North American Beverage Business, this individual is responsible for leading all commercial finance and accounting activities. This individual will work in strategic partnership with the North American Beverage leadership team and is instrumental developing and executing the profitable revenue growth strategy. This role will be a key member of the Leadership Team and provide financial leadership, guidance to functional leads. This role will partner with Global Key Account leads to develop robust commercial and innovation pipelines to deliver targeted profitable growth targets. Strong collaboration with the manufacturing and supply chain teams to drive margin expansion and working capital improvements. Support the Strategic Planning process for the business, understand value drivers of the business Work closely with the business leadership team to ensure a robust and effective strategy Support business in making resource allocation decisions aligned with strategy Financial Analysis
Develop understanding of business model drivers to deliver profitable growth and margin expansion targets Develop Annual Plan with tactical actions to deliver results aligned with strategic objectives Support finance functional excellence objectives to improve processes, tools and capabilities Create and maintain forecasting processes based on key operational inputs to accurately predict future performance Create reporting/evaluation process to drive accountability for performance and appropriate corrective action to deliver business plan Financial Reporting/Internal Control Systems
Partner with Controller’s organization to develop timely and accurate results Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
BS or BA degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA degree and/or CPA are preferred Candidate ideally will have substantial operational experience in increasingly responsible financial leadership positions. Global experience with strong global business perspective is preferred. M&A experience including due diligence and post-merger integration is preferred.
