Seeking candidates for a Project Coordinator position in the cable television industry.
Job Description : Position will coordinate building and pathway access for site surveys and commercial construction activity. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate activity related to pathway access for commercial construction activity in and around New York City. Contact building owners, managers, tenants, and other necessary parties to secure access for surveys and construction activity. Coordinate scheduling of surveys and construction activity with contractors performing the work. Coordinating and scheduling cross functional groups. Reporting project / departmental results to management
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour + benefits
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
3-5 years in cable or telecom Familiarity with cable construction / real estate Experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Strong written and verbal communication skills
