Under the direction of the medical center's Supervisor of PBX, the
Operator operates a Nortel 2250 console by answering internal and external
calls; monitors all alarms and implements codes; Basic computer skills
needed has the ability to work with people and exercise judgment in processing
calls; and is able to answer a minimum of 250 to 300 calls per hour.
