Required Qualification
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred, College courses in business administration and/or healthcare administration preferred.
Minimum Experience: Nursing home care experience or experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting preferred, one year specialty area experience preferred.

Job description/Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Business Development the Community Liaison needs to be a detail-oriented person. Duties will include align nursing homes with hospitals and physicians to collaborate services needed for both hospital and nursing homes. Establish long term relationships with Administrators and Nursing Home Coordinators to assistance with patients receiving urgent hospital care.
