704641 Description Job Description
The Intel Social Media and Community Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive plan for social media that engages key communities of influence for Intel Media through social networks.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Development and implementation of influencer engagement strategies across a range of social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) with experience in leveraging them to support the successful launch and lifecycle of consumer products
-Development and integration of influencer (brand fans and celebrity) strategies into social media campaigns as applicable. Oversee and implement PR engagement strategies on social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, including posting on relevant blogs and seeding and developing content (video, message posts, apps, etc.).
-Develop and execute a social media measurement and learning plan as well as oversee analytics and reporting.
-Partner with internal stakeholders in advertising, product management, customer support to lead the earned social media strategy while nurturing key relationships with early adopters and the broader user community
-Develop social media playbook and code of conduct for internal stakeholders as a mechanism to ensure best practices for employee engagement

Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience
-The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years progressive experience in social media marketing with a leading product or entertainment brand or agency in this space
-A proven track record (5 years experience) of delivering effective and innovative social media campaigns and partnering with key stakeholders in cross-functional implementation

-5 years of experience and understanding of social media metrics, social listening tools, analytics, and ability to interpret data and measure against organizational objectives
-Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
-Experience engaging and partnering with senior leadership in a high visibility role within the organization
