As the sales and marketing leader in the community, the Community Relations Director is accountable for meeting occupancy and revenue goals as a result of developing and implementating an effective sales and marketing campaign as well as customer oriented internal systems. Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field and experience in the senior services industry preferred; minimum of two years sales experience with proven track record; compassion for and desire to work with the elderly; and excellent understanding of the sales process is required. At least 50% of time is spent making sales calls outside the community to professional and community contacts. This person is responsible for taking inquiry calls, giving tours, and taking deposits; develop and manage sales and marketing plans including follow-up calls, professional outreach, events, etc.as directed by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing; Meet or exceed sales standards and effectively utilize the company’s Customer Relations Management program.
