Compensation Analyst - Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Evaluates and market prices exempt and non-exempt jobs (below the executive level). Based on analysis, recommends appropriate salary ranges and compensation levels. Completes compensation surveys. Working with operational managers, develops job descriptions. Assists in the design and implementation of the company's compensation programs (base pay and variable pay programs). Responsible for coordinating, administering and monitoring these compensation programs for assigned client group(s) including client groups in Central America and South America. Provides guidance and interpretation to managers, supervisors, and employees. Conducts research and analysis. Responds to management requests regarding employee compensation.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in human resources, business administration, or accounting or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of one year professional compensation experience. Fluency in English and Spanish required. CCP desirable. Strong analytical skills; ability to develop moderate compensation analysis required. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computerized systems. Peoplesoft experience desirable. Skill in Microsoft Excel and Access required. Powerpoint desirable. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
