Reporting to Human Resources Director, administers the day-to-day compensation and retirement plan functions and participates in development of recommendations related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs. Responsible for coordination and communication of employee leave (FMLA, Workers Comp, Leave of Absence), return to work, and employee safety initiatives. Provides guidance to management and staff regarding compensation and leave programs. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required. Two to three years of experience with benefits and/or compensation administration required. Knowledge of general personnel practices and software required. Previous experience in the use of Windows, word-processing and spreadsheet applications required. Must have strong spreadsheet and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills required.
