Operates, maintains, and monitors computer equipment and provides assistance as needed to customers. Interface with Network Administrator and customer on hardware additions and software upgrades, must have familiarity with network designs

Operate and monitor computer equipment
Perform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and peripherals
Respond to help desk tickets and customer needs
Advise, assist and train in applying, configuring, troubleshooting, and delivering electronic customer support services
Works with customers to assure all practices and procedures within customer requirements are met.
Performs a variety of tasks working under general supervision; reports to a team leader or manager.
Other duties as assigned to meet operational / business needs.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Helpdesk/Computer Support Technician
A+ Certification (preferred)
Broad knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods. Broad and refined degree of analytical ability and problem solving
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint),
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
