Sodexo is seeking to find a Construction Project Management and contract management for Capital Improvement Projects in public schools K-12. This position will require a high level of financial and organizational competency. The qualified candidate must have experience in simultaneously managing numerous projects. The candidate should have experience and proven track record in successfully managing project budgets. The candidate must have experience using computer software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
*This position is located on the Island of Guam
Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated capital projects. Reviews project proposal, establishes work plan and manages contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
