The Woodmont Company is a national Real Estate Development Company seeking a qualified individual to assist the President of Development in all phases of development including; entitlements , site planning, and building design. The position will be based in our Fort Worth office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidential department documents including scanning, saving and organizing folder structures in the electronic document management system
  • Prepare documents including letter composition, standard development contracts, and presentation packaging
  • Basic understanding of site plans
  • Attend weekly Development meetings
  • Manage multiple calendars, tasks, and email communication
  • Interface with general contractors and consultants with respect to specific jobs and projects

Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 2+ years of Real Estate industry experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented and self - motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent telephone and professional appearance
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Display confidence in ones ability
