Crowe’s Risk Consulting Practice is one of the firm’s five business units. Risk is aligned by competency centers including Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, IT Audit, and Security & Privacy.
Professionals in Crowe Horwath’s Regulatory Compliance Competency Center provide client services in areas such as Regulatory Compliance Consulting, Financial Crime consulting, Bank Secrecy Act Audit, Trust Review Services and Credit Review Services. Skilled professionals within this group provide their expertise to specific client needs in a wide variety of disciplines that demonstrate an impact on organizations that add value, manage regulatory risk and improve performance.
Execution of assigned responsibilities under the direction of senior personnel
Gain technical expertise in regulatory compliance
Reviewing client’s compliance with key regulations and providing recommendations for improvement and remediation
Producing high quality work products that will be reviewed by our clients’ senior management team members, advising clients on regulatory compliance issues
Provides deliverables that are reliable and accurate, complete and timely
Interacting with client personnel and management in a professional manner
Communicate clearly, providing informative and timely updates to appropriate parties
Assumes full ownership/responsibility for assigned responsibilities
Proactively seeks out increased responsibilities to provide value and excellent client service
Building positive relationships with internal personnel and clients
Identification of additional opportunities to add value to current client relationships
Getting involved in the community and developing strong relationships

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
Outstanding academic performance in one of following preferred majors or similar background:
Management Information Systems
Minimum Major & Cumulative GPA of 3.0 required. Minimum Major & Cumulative GPA of 3.2 preferred
Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
Desire to sit for and obtain a firm supported certification (CPA, CIA, CRCM, CAMS, etc) would be a plus, but not required
Willingness to travel up to 60% annually
