Want to Work for an Edgy Management Consultant Firm and Accelerate Your Financial Services Career?
Capco, a Consulting Magazine “Best Firms to Work For,” is experiencing positive growth and we are in the midst of identifying and hiring talent for upcoming Consultant Accelerator Program (CAP) for our Technology practice.
CAP is an intensive two-week developmental training program for professionals who have 3-7 years financial services industry experience that are seeking a career in management consulting. The program is designed to provide our Consultants with a thorough foundation of consulting best practices, methodologies, client relations and problem solving. We provide a structured approach that helps prepare new joiners to become financial services consultants specialized in technology. Once Consultants complete the program, they will transition to a full-time consulting role on one of our Technology project teams.
Individuals with some experience from another management consulting firm are also encouraged to consider Capco as a great place to enhance and/or continue their consulting career.
The next CAP intake is on September 10, 2012 at our North American headquarters in New York City. All Consultants start the program at the same time to build camaraderie and teamwork, cornerstones of the Capco culture. In the two weeks, Consultants will also develop strong networks and lasting relationships, which prove to be crucial as they begin successful careers in management consulting.
