Objective of this activity is to have interaction with the users and the client members to manage the expectations and relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders of the project.
§ Ensure system availability
Objective of this activity is to ensure the supported applications are up and running as per the agreed SLA, so that there is no impact to the business.
§ Schedule and task tracking
Objective of this activity is to ensure the work being done by all team members are tracked by various metrics and reports.

§ Quality Management:
Objective of this activity is to ensure the deliverables meet the expectations of the customers that raise requests.

  • Required –
1. Exposure to L1, L2 support environment which includes troubleshooting in applications involving UNIX, Websphere, MQ, JAVA, BEA Tuxedo and troubleshooting in applications involving Windows Servers(2003,2008) and workstations, Unix and web sphere based applications Exposure to both Unix and Windows is required.
2. Experience in application support, incident management, troubleshooting an issue.
3. Very good communication skills and ability to handle responsibilities listed above.
