Bachelors degree or candidate close to completing a bachelors degree required
Must be at least 21 years of age with an excellent driving record.
Strong communication, leadership and planning skills
Must have own vehicle, valid Driver's License and current insurance coverage
Ability to work in a Team environment
Highly self-motivated and able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to lift, load, unload and move products weighting up to 50 lbs as well as hang merchandising materials
Maintain required call frequency on assigned key contemporary adult accounts to include developing and planning promotional activities, booking and installing point of sale, etc.
Plan, coordinate and implement the local execution of national and geographic marketing in key contemporary adult accounts
Present ideas and information on AB products to retailers and customers. Sell in new brands and packages including activities to support sell through.
Execute evening and weekend promotions as necessary
Perform all necessary administrative duties relevant to position (i.e., tracking reports, promotional recaps, expense reports, etc.).
