Position Purpose: To provide leadership and support for critical product and process improvement, and innovation activities involving Victor’s global locations. To work closely with teams at Victor’s global locations to ensure that optimum performance is achieved in all of our critical products and processes. To drive positive and sustainable culture change across the organization.
Essential Functions: To leverage the Continuous Improvement Methodology and lead product and process improvement projects to support the achievement of Victor’s deployment goals. To work with all functional areas to execute the continuous improvement priorities at Victor’s global locations. Facilitate and deliver training in key CI strategies, concepts and tools.
Additional Responsibilities: To communicate, coordinate and align activities between locations, as well as the corporate team.

Drive Victor Technologies Integrated Supply Chain project list and monitor financial impact.
Collaborate with the Business to identify additional improvement opportunities.
Integrate CI methodologies and best practices into Victor Technologies DNA.
Optimize Operational and transactional Processes to improve KPIs.
Lead and/or support continuous improvement teams.
Follow up on improvement activities by standardizing work practices.
Flexibility to travel at least 1-2 weeks per month, including some international travel.
5+ years of Lean / Six Sigma experience. Bachelor’s Degree is required
