Position Responsibilities: Prepares bids with complete accuracy by bid opening deadline. Reviews bids to ensure customer legal terms are compatible with corporate guidelines; determines additional technical/regulatory/etc. input and approvals to be obtained to complete process. Prepare contract reports and verifies compliance of government contracts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3+ years experience in contract administration, government contracts, bid environment, project management, or similar environment. Sales or customer service background a plus.
Skills: Skilled in verbal and written communications. Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail under rigid deadlines. Ability to make accurate decisions under pressure and flexible enough to re-prioritize on a regular basis as needs change.
