GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - Assist with a variety of Contract systems, processes and projects, with primary responsibility for ensuring CTAs are executed as quickly as possible for the oncology line of business. This position is in the Budgets and Contracts department and reports to the Senior Contract Analyst.

      DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: · Assist Senior Contract Analyst with preparing final contracts for signature.
      · Collaborate with Senior Contract Analyst to generate final contracts for execution for each Strategic Site.
      · Route all oncology CTAs, CDAs, and amendments, and follow-up with Strategic Sites according to SCRI’s working process guidelines.
      · Run reports, as requested, in Salesforce system.
      · Assist with various duties related to oncology contract issues as needed.
      · Attend designated meetings.
      · Participate in pre-clinical review meetings, in order to provide updates/issues on current contract status.
      · Maintain Salesforce database with accurate and current status of contracts and amendments for each Strategic Site.
      · Use Salesforce reports to help manage follow-up priorities, to meet established metrics for contract completion.
      · Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “ Mission and Values Statement”
      · Comply with all applicable SCRI SOPs and guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH regulations and guidelines.
      · Maintain strictest confidentiality.

      · Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
      · Detail oriented and precise.
      · High level of intiative and teamwork.
      EDUCATION · Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      EXPERIENCE · Familiarity with clinical research and/or medical terminology preferred or equivalent experience.
