This position will be responsible for providing World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously searching and providing state of the art Recruitment methodology. Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry-level, high volume positions.
Associate's Degree or 4 (four) years equivalent related work experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a related area.
Must have business perspective
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Screen and interview candidates to fill current or expected vacancies.
Administer pre-employment tests and check references.
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
May assist with the placement of employment advertisements and related duties.
