Coordinate with company stakeholders to draft and review sales, supply, services, consultant, and IT contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Review incoming contracts from customers and vendors, and coordinate with company stakeholders to produce redline responses
•Draft sales, supply, services, consultant and IT contracts in cooperation with company stakeholders
•Lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with customers and vendors
•Track contract compliance, and update and renew contracts as required by company
•Review and refresh standard company contract forms
•Archive original company contracts and maintain a database of same with rapid accessibility for authorized stakeholders
•Coordinate with IP Manager and outside counsel as necessary to ensure the legal sufficiency of contracts
•Assist the IP Manager with routine confidentiality agreements, joint development agreements, and licensing agreements
•Assist with IP filings, the patent portfolio, management of the insurance portfolio, product liability issues, and company record keeping

Education And/Or Experience
•Associates degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 5 to 20 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must have Paralegal + advanced commercial contracts manager certification or CCCM.
•Must have a current Driver’s License and be willing to travel occasionally by automobile and/or air.
