Reporting to the SVP of Business Development, the Contracts Manager will work closely with internal teams such as advertising sales, business development and external clients and partner organizations at all stages of contract negotiation to ensure that Turn is represented effectively. He or she will possess deep understanding of the wide range of contracts that Turn regularly enters into, including software licenses, professional service agreements, data licensing agreements, marketing agreements and statements of work, strategic agreements, network operating center agreements, and other commercial contracts. This job also requires strong analytical aptitude to analyze and interpret quantitative data and problem-solve.

Required Skills:
Ability to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional contracts
Develop and implement negotiation strategies for a wide range of transactional matters
Enforce Turn’s legal & privacy policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Support business units by responding to requests for legal advice
Assist clients in articulating and obtaining approvals for contract changes.
Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal and approval processes.

Required Experience:
4 years relevant work experience with commercial agreements with a fast-paced technology/Internet company (especially intellectual property experience)
BA required; Law Degree strongly preferred
Must have strong organizational skills, able to take initiative and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, able to work well independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously (often with tight deadlines)
Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, analyze legal advice and apply legal advice to business needs.
