Job Purpose: Lead and coordinate with internal/external customers for system operations and restoration activities. Effectively utilize resources to reduce service unavailability and enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating with Distribution Area Operations, Central Maintenance, Substation and Transmission Groups to complete service restoration. Closely coordinate and balance workload with restoration performance to ensure a cost competitive organization. Provide adequate and accurate information to internal/external stakeholders to keep customers properly informed. Ensure appropriate equipment and materials are available to perform restoration work. Promote safety consciousness and adherence to OSHA and Company safety requirements.

Coordinating Restoration Efforts with Management Areas Daily review and analysis of previous days system wide restoration performance and Results Working with Bargaining Unit dispatchers on daily performance issues and activities Coordination of Switching Activities with Distribution Areas, Transmission and Substation Operations Evaluation of payroll, overtime requirements Ability to meet attendance and storm duty requirements Ability to work extended hours Secondary Job Functions: Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work experience 5 years experience in a combination of the following areas: o CIP Annual and CCA Access o FERC Standards of conduct o Control Center Supervision or Production/Restoration Lead Advanced ability with analysis and problem solving, commercial, communications, integrity and compliance, process/project management and professional skills Competent ability with leadership skills Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Engineering or related field of study Six Sigma Certification Green or higher
