The Treasury Analyst will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes for a global organization with revenue of $2.4B. In this role the Treasury Analyst will utilize his / her experience and expertise to lead cross-functional projects with global teams and drive simplification efforts. This role will have exposure to business leaders within GE Water & Process Technologies and GE Corporate Treasury.

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
  • Evaluate and maintain global banking structures to optimize the use of preferred banks and cash pool structures
  • Manage cash metrics and treasury dashboard
  • Maintain and build domestic and international bank relationships
  • Provide daily support globally for wire transfers, FX spot trades, hedges, and inquiries related to cash management
  • Improve cash accounting controls and reporting; maintain segregation of duties and mitigate fraud risk, including signature cards
  • Coordinate with Finance, Tax & Legal on dividend distributions, capitalizations, strategic financing, cash repatriation
  • Coordinate with Corp. Treasury on balance sheet tie-outs and data requests
  • Manage intercompany loans; gather financials, obtain pricing, draft loans, execute with signatures
  • Improve specific treasury processes by using in-depth knowledge of treasury issues and risks as well as relevant business stakeholders processes
  • Manage and authorize banking transactions including cash transfers and foreign exchange spot trades & forwards
  • Implement global processes to monitor the capital structure of affiliates and coordinate cash flow forecasts for evaluating affiliate funding via debt / equity
  • Advise business leaders on funding and banking issues by applying knowledge of funding, capital markets and banking instruments

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of treasury experience
