Prepares, seasons and cooks food for patients, employees and staff in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines in quantities of 200+ per shift.
License / Certifications / Requirements
Food service sanitation certification preferred.
High School graduate or GED preferred.
Three to five years progressive experience in institutional or restaurant cooking.
Required to demonstrate knowledge in standards for prevention of food borne illness and in modified diets in accordance with the American Dietetic Association standards.
High organizational skills also required.
