Must be capable of working without supervision, have strong communication skills, be detail oriented and computer literate. Responsibilities / Job Duties: Responsible for maintaining customer inventories for multiple products, processing inbound and outbound shipments (truck and rail), and answering telephones. Customer contact will include email, phone, and face to face on a daily basis. The Office Coordinator is also responsible for scheduling loads; checking in all truck drivers and visitors, giving safety-briefings; preparing accurate load paperwork; printing truck scale tickets; ensuring daily and monthly deadlines are met in regard to operational standards. Must be able to maintain professionalism, orderliness, and cleanliness standards in the office of an industrial environmentRequirements/Qualifications: Problem solving skillsVery organized with the ability to multi-task.Good communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalentEEO
