The Coordinator Brand Marketing is responsible for multiple support functions for the marketing team.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
*Gathers market research data to assist in defining the positioning (target, key communication points) for each release and re-promote
*Maintains a master timeline for meeting all marketing and operational deadlines
*Understands and supports objectives and strategies for PHMD portfolio of products
*Maintains ongoing open communication and updates to all functional areas: Retail Marketing, Operations, Sales Communication, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance, etc.
*Assists in preparing and communicating the timely distribution of all plans to Sales and Trade
*Reviews market research to anticipate and react to competition, consumer attitudes and market trends
*Develops documents to inform and service the internal and external clients
*Assists in the execution of the day-to-day aspects of the marketing plan to launch or re-promote the PHMD titles
*Creates/revises PowerPoint presentations, advanced excel spreadsheets/templates and gathers information from the internet and internal databases
*Manages the organization of documents in the internal database
*Manage logistics of advertising, event, and public relations opportunities
*Route new marketing materials for internal approvals. Ensure materials meet brand standards and are delivered on-time
*Measure and report effectiveness of marketing programs, and recommend changes
*Support Marketing team with light administrative work as needed
