The Creative Operations department is a part of the Universal Pictures Group. The department handles all of the post production of marketing materials for Domestic Marketing, International Marketing, Home Entertainment and Focus Features. We produce television spots for broadcast, trailers for theatrical release, film clips as well as many other video and film projects. This coordinator will support two Senior Vice Presidents.
Administer clerical duties such as correspondence, calendar, travel and expenses, filing, covering phones and arranging messengers.
Assist in the management of the P.O. (Purchase Order) system.
Maintain MPAA correspondence record.
Place dub orders with the dub room.
Keep a running history of events and projects.
Participate in scheduling.
Help coordinate and organize the creative process (materials, research, presentations). This person will be required to be knowledgeable on all projects in production.
Work with Music Director, Digital Director and 2 SVP’s of Post Production to organize materials, reports, budgets etc. surrounding the production of various campaigns.
1+ years experience in the entertainment industry specifically marketing, promotions, publicity or post production. Must have experience working with multiple clients, departments etc.

Must be 18 years or older.

Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills and comfortability interacting with people at all levels.
Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of and experience with SAP.
