Job Summary: - Coordinates customer service counter, planning of special events, mail-outs, communication work-flows, and correspondence. Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervises, assigns work, and trains customer service team; - Develops and manages customer service business processes and procedures. - Oversees services offered, provides information to students, staff and faculty and resolves any problems that may arise. - Serves on various administrative committees, represents the university on state committees, and participates in local, state, and national conferences. - Initiates efforts and partnerships to ensure maximum participation in all admissions events. - Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements Education: - Must have a Baccalaureate degree. Experience: - Must have a minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience. *The equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered as deemed appropriate by the hiring manager and the Vice President for Employment Services and Operations.*
