Make outbound calls to members regarding pharmacy orders.
Answer co-pay inquiries, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries in order to continuously improve customer service processes.
Work to research and release orders in a timely manner.
Identify and escalate repetitive questions and /or problems so that corrective action can be pursued and implemented.
Work in collaboration with other PCA's to ensure the practices are shared throughout.
Additional special projects as needed; i.e. cancellations, letters and referrals.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that works well with all fellow employees.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
1-2 years experience in customer service preferred.
Strong keyboard/typing skills. Excellent phone presentation, communication and organizational skills necessary.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, learns quickly, solves problems and make decisions with minimal supervision.
General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Internet and Email.
