Our Credit Risk Management Group (“CRM”) is looking for a Corporate Credit Analyst in our New York Office.
The Corporate Credit Analyst will support a Managing Director by preparing Transaction Memos to support CRM decisions and approvals, interacting with deal teams regarding CRM follow-up, and developing to take an active role in CRM decision making.
Within 2-3 years the role is likely to evolve into a Credit Approver or Credit Authorizer role.

- Understanding and taking views on various transactions and structures that require credit risk management insight and approval.
- Creating complete, clear and succinct written analysis of CRM decisions.
- Being responsible for adhoc duties.
- Functioning independently and within a small team of CRM professionals.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Minimum of 3 years experience with accounting related functions
- Advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- MBA/CPA (preferred)
