We are currently searching for an Instructor/Course Developer

The qualified candidate will be able to apply principles of adult learning theory to course development and delivery. Facilitates group activities and processes resulting behaviors. Manages student learning activities and participates in coaching to improve instructor and student skills (e.g., listening, confronting, question, etc.). Models and integrates wellness into course activities. Creates and works toward completion of an Individual Development Plan. Participates in giving and receiving feedback for personal, team, and organizational growth. Initiates and moves projects to completion and provides clear and responsible written and oral communication.

Participates in development and delivery of assigned courses

Develops courses and distance learning components as required

Maintains and revises courses and distance learning components as required

Certifies in courses according to course certification plan

Maintains extensive knowledge of current management thinking and training approaches

Participates as a team member

Delivers courses and conducts classroom administration (set-up/break down; circulates roster; distributes and collects evaluation data), as member of a teaching team

Recommends course content and methodology changes to Content Cluster Coordinators and/or Instructor Developers

Participates in professional development activities (adult learning techniques, behavior modeling, training methods, course development skills, etc.)

Performs duties as lead instructor

Participates in a facilitation capacity for experiential activities

Facilitates team workshops as assigned

Required Skills

The Instructor must meet the following minimum requirements:
At least three years or more of increased responsibility in management or supervision; MBA, MS, MA degree from an accredited college or university in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields

At least one year experience in developing and delivering competency-based curriculum in a managerial or supervisory training capacity
