This position is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies and activities to support all corporate positions. In addition, this position handles several typical HR Generalist functions.

• Provide top level talent for all open corporate positions.
• Maintain a constant pool of qualified candidates through job boards, internet data mining, referral programs, campus recruiting, job fairs and other networking activities.
• Develop alternative sources to attract and retain relationships with potential future hires.
• Evaluate resumes to ensure position qualifications have been met and submit qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system while ensuring position and candidate data is current.
• Perform all recruiting activities prior to and after the interview process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system while ensuring position and candidate data is current.
• Produce weekly and monthly recruiting reports.
• Onboard new employees and oversee onboarding process.
• Complete exit interviews.
• Assist with various company events including those to build staff morale.
• Assist with benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
• Complete special projects including industry research.
• Assist with payroll and benefit audits as needed.

• Degree & Certifications (required and preferred):
o Bachelor’s degree required, major in human resources preferred
o Minimum 4-6 years of recruiting experience required
o PHR or SPHR preferred

• Skills (required and preferred):
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
o Self-starter\ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
o Must have high energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
o Must have a professional, team-based approach

• Knowledge (required and preferred):
o Knowledge of recruiting legal regulations and employment law required
o At least 4-6 years of corporate recruiting experience required, recruiting experience or experience building strong relationships with schools, individuals, organizations and other recruiting sources in the community preferred
o At least one (1) year hands-on experience with any of the following applicant tracking systems (ATS): HRSmart, Taleo Recruitsoft, Recruitmax, Peoplesoft
o At least one (1) year hands-on experience performing proactive and passive recruiting, either in a new business development role or addressing future, long-term needs preferred
