Must be self-starter and team player, organized and able to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks. Must be able to follow departmental standards and procedures for handling recycling and trash disposal. Ability to work on occasional Saturday in lieu of a weekday off.

Continuous maneuvering throughout the complex.
Ability to lift and move up to60 pounds.

Specific Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain cleanliness of the campus buildings throughout the day and fulfill special requests as needed, such as:
o Dust and clean windowsills/windows.
o Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
o Clean and maintain restrooms based on daily schedule grid.
Sweep, mop, strip, seal, finish and polish floors.
Maintain common area trash receptacles.
Restock supplies to assure customer usage needs are satisfied.
Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas, using snow blowers, or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals.
Report needed repairs or potential hazards to Department Manager.
Secure rooms upon completion of work.
All other duties as assigned.
Supplemental Areas of Responsibility (As Needed):
Move furniture and equipment.
Steam clean or shampoo carpets.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak, write and correspond effectively to
employees of the organization.Spanish Bilingual a plus.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and decimals.
