We offer competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.Job Requirements: • Drive revenue within small and medium accounts by leveraging primarily local VARs & Resellers• Keeping an accurate forecast, and notes in about all opportunities is essential in the ICSM position.• Outbound “cold-calling” to a defined territory. • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.• Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company. • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.

  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. • Exhibits qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility as changes occur in the department and maintains a positive attitude.• Run a minimum number sales campaigns via WebEx o to educate new and existing partners on selling Riverbedo to drive business within the install base o to drive net new opportunities • Minimum of 1 field visit per quarter to meet/educate local VARs in how to sell Riverbed, how to use Riverbed systems, etc…• Continually takes initiative to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team.Education and Work Experience: • BS/BA in a technical or business discipline is preferred.• 5 years in a sales or sales support role within Telecommunications, networking or Software industries• Minimum 4 quarters of 100% or greater quota attainment• History of successful channel leverageRiverbed Technology, Inc. is a San Francisco company, with excellent salary, options and benefits.
