We at iCIMS are looking for an exceptional Corporate Trainer/Instructional Designer who can easily learn the ins and outs of our software system and then train clients, partners, and iCIMS employees on it. Responsibilities:
Delivers Instructor-Led and eLearning training events to internal and external users that are interactive, and engaging
Works with Training & Communication Manager and other training personnel to assist in the development of new programs and the maintenance of existing programs
Develops training material (QRGs, eLearning, Webinars)
Assists in the assessment and coordination of training programs
Develops and delivers valid exercises designed to provide effective hands-on practice to new and existing employees and customers
Conducts needs assessments with leadership to gauge effectiveness of training solutions and determine the appropriate learning solutions to close gaps and reduce customer call volume
Works with the Marketing Department to market training via Social Media and other types of communication
Collaborates with various internal departments to market and create training programs to/for the employee population to increase participation
Maintains a strong understanding of ICIMS products and serves as one of the go-to persons for the team.
Works with the Training & Communications Manager to understand and help define the vision, direction and priority of the Training & Communications (T&C) team.
Develops a deep understanding of users’ needs through direct and indirect contact
Regularly keeps abreast of industry news and competitive offerings
Travel may be required on an as-needed basis. Travel plans would be coordinated among the existing team to determine the specifics of conducting “off-site” training (if so requested).

Qualifications:
1 plus years iCIMS and/or Software Industry
3 plus years of experience in corporate training.
Bachelor’s degree in a business, English, communication, technology related field or related experience
Experience delivering instructor-led training via webinar and in-classroom
Ability to present to audiences of various sizes
Strong listening and written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, WebEx and/or GoToWebinar
Some knowledge of Camtasia, Audition (Soundbooth), or similar
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform extensive detailed work
A clear ability to manage a range of different personality types in a facilitative and mature manner
Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization.
