This job is perfect for any individual that loves horses, the great outdoors, and having fun!
GTLC offers guided trail rides for guests that are fun and informative about Grand Teton National Park while offering a high level of focus around guest safety and customer service. In addition to guiding rides, wranglers are responsible for care of horses, maintaining corral in a neat, orderly fashion, giving pony rides to younger guests, and completing daily chores such as saddling, grooming, cleaning tack, ect. This position typically works 40-48 hours per week, May through September or October, depending on the property.
Prior experience riding and care of horses
Valid US Driver’s License
Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR Certification by first day of employment
Strong Verbal English Skills
Interpretive knowledge of Grand Teton National Park
