We're seeking a professional, responsible, enthusiastic and outgoing person to work as a receptionist in our dealership. You will serve as the first-point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties.
MUST be able to work evening and weekend hours
Answer all incoming calls
Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
Provide administrative support as needed
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc)
Professional attitude and attire a must
Must have a valid FL DL and clean driving record
Must pass drug screen and background check
