High Level Job Description:

The Credit and Customer Service Administrator is responsible for managing order activity and collecting balances of assigned customer accounts, monitoring chargebacks/deductions and reconciling statement issues of assigned accounts, and providing excellent queue call customer service.

Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Manage daily credit hold reports and urgent order notifications

Return customer calls/emails, reconcile customer statements/billings, negotiate payments, e

ct. Develop relationship with the customers. Work with sales staff to mnimize customer disputes and effect timely payments.

Monitor aging and collect past due balances.

Manage customer service aspects related to credit and collections for Word Music’s website.

Process refunds, credits, and other adjustments.

Responsible for QuarterBack accounts applications and statement processing.

P Plan accounts and cancelations Help Assist with incoming customer service call queue by providing shipment tracking, new order requests, return requests, and handling general customer related question or concerns Required Competencies/Skills: Knowledge and proficiency in Oracle Accounts Receivable 10 key touch Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word and Excel Special Requirements/Preferences:

Minimum two-years accounts receivable or related experience

. Education Required/Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
