The Head of Middle Office Americas reports to the Head of Banking Operations Americas

Credit Middle Office and Agency Middle Office report to the Head of Middle Office Americas

Credit Middle Office Administrator’s in USOC will report to the Head of Credit Middle Office USOC

Pre Close Deal Support The Middle Office Administrator will act as primary interface with Business Originations/Coverage Team, Transaction Portfolio Management, Credit Risk and Internal counsel to review all documentation and successfully close deal. Specific responsibilities include:

¨ To review and support all lending transactions where RBS NV and PLC owns a financial position.

¨ Each Middle Office Administrator is responsible for a portfolio of deals with back-up responsibilities for another team member

¨ Review term sheet and draft credit agreements and provide operational feedback

¨ Review credit approval and minutes, commitment letter and fee letter

¨ Enter deal information into Loan IQ based on the preliminary deal documents during transaction lifecycle

¨ Coordinate deal closing in Loan IQ with Stamford Credit Administration for review and approval

¨ Hand off deal closings post close and approval in Loan IQ to Loan Administration

Data Quality Reconciliation and Support:
¨ Manage and research daily system reconciliation reports for Middle Office.

1. PRisM Credit Risk System to Loan IQ booking system Reconciliation

2. GTS LC Issuance system to Loan IQ Booking system Reconciliation

3. Conduit Loan IQ to Storm Commitment Reconciliation

4. Loan IQ facility pricing versus outstanding pricing Reconciliation

5. Loan IQ Scheduled activity report review and past due item follow ups

6. Review Loan IQ Facility Termination report

7. Follow up with Middle Office Team on all open reconciliation issues

8. Update Loan IQ and PRisM as required to support reconciliation and other Data Quality projects

9. Review Customer Name changes and account closures for Compliance
Special projects as required

Minimum of 5 Years Syndicated Loan Business experience

Strong Loan Documentation background

Strong writing and communication skills required

Loan IQ system knowledge and Loan Administration experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Advanced Word and Excel
